Peach Pocket Refund Policy

At Peach Pocket, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept products once they are opened or used
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on final sale
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

3. Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at sales@peachpocket.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  5. Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be credited within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sales@peachpocket.com for further instructions.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
