1. Refund Eligibility

- Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept products once they are opened or used

2. Non-Refundable Items

- Items purchased on final sale
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Shipping Policy
At Peach Pocket, we are pleased to offer shipping to all locations within the United States. Whether you're on the East Coast, West Coast, or anywhere in between, you can enjoy our products delivered right to your doorstep.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free USPS Ground Shipping: Available for orders $50.00 or more (not including discounts and before taxes).
- Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $50.00 have a flat rate fee of $10.00 (except Alaska and Hawaii).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method. Orders that qualify for free shipping will have the shipping cost waived at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your package.
Yes, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
