Peach Pocket Shipping Policy

At Peach Pocket, we strive to provide you with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle and process your orders.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Free USPS Ground Shipping: Orders $50.00 or more (not including discounts and before taxes). Flat Rate Shipping: All orders under $50.00 have a flat rate fee of $10.00 (except Alaska and Hawaii).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected. Orders that qualify for free shipping will automatically have the shipping cost waived at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your package.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions and carrier delays. Peach Pocket is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at sales@peachpocket.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Peach Pocket reserves the right to update or change this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated to reflect the most recent version.
